Camino de Chile Cabernet 2023

The Maule Valley in Chile has a Mediterranean-like climate, with mild winters and dry summers, with marked range of temperatures between day and night. This allows the grapes to get ripe tannins, as well as excellent aromas and color concentration. Soils are a combination of sand and volcanic ash and the flat terrain gets superb sunlight. Yields are carefully controlled to produce concentrated wines, with excellent quality and elegance. Camino de Chile Cabernet Sauvignon is rich and a concentrated ruby color. The nose is filled with aromas of blackcurrant and black cherries.

The palate is elegant with good balance with tannins that are soft and mature. We recommend pairing with red meats, herb based dishes and mature cheeses.
